REQUIREMENTS
You must attend at least ONE workshop prior to auditioning.

Auditions for the Orchesis Dance Company are held each year during the first week of classes in Fall Quarter. Preparatory workshops are held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:10 p.m. and dancers are taught a jazz, modern and ballet combination. You may come to one or both workshops. Dancers are then given a time to arrive for their audition on Thursday. On Thursday night, a panel composed of faculty and student officers watch dancers in groups of three perform the combinations. Audition results are usually posted by midnight.

All audition related activities are held in the Moon Ja Minn Suhr Dance Studio. The studio is located in building 60, room 6, across the street from Mustang Stadium and next to the Crandall Gym women's locker room and restroom.
